Float fishing Fly fishing from a drift boat enables one to cover more miles of water and present your fly to many more trout, in one day, than one could achieve in a week's worth of wade fishing. Fishing with an experienced guide in a drift boat also provides access to water and fish that simply are not available to the wade angler. Wade fishing Wading is for anglers in shape who are not adverse to a "work out" caused by strong currents and sometimes tricky stream beds. This is particularly applicable for the freestone properties encountered on the Madison River. Wade fishing is also an option on inclement days, or for sections of water that are not open to fishing from boats. We supply beverages for full and half day trips. Full day trips include a delicious streamside lunch. You may fish out of the guide's box and be charged only for flies used. We require a deposit of $150.00 per guide per day within seven days of booking to confirm reservation. Deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to dates booked. | ||
